Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied with it, please read through our refund policy below.

We offer a refund within the first 15 days of your purchase; if 15 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items, digital products, and Discovery Call Sessions cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (If applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@kbconsultingforher.com, and we will provide you with the next steps.

Partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. ​

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item and to let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. ​
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund, recheck your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds do not include shipping costs.

The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.

Please note that we cannot guarantee receiving your returned item.

Services
​
​Services include, but are not limited to, Discovery Calls, Life Coaching, and Consultation Sessions.

Refunds are not allotted for Discovery Calls.

A partial refund of 50% will be provided for Life Coaching and Consultation Sessions if canceled 48 hours before the scheduled session. Please read our Cancellation Policy for additional details.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that there may be occasions when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and provide the best service to all our clients, we have implemented the following appointment cancellation policy:

Cancellation Notice:
​
We request a minimum of 48 hours advance notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice results in a cancellation fee.

Cancellation Fee:
​
If you fail to provide the required notice for appointment cancellation or rescheduling, a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Since all services are paid in advance, 50% of the total amount initially paid will be refunded using the payment method used during the booking process.

Rescheduling:
​
If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability. Your rescheduled appointment must occur within 15 business days to avoid a cancellation fee. If Kelley Bell Consulting cannot accommodate a rescheduled appointment within 15 business days, you will receive a 30-business-day window to reschedule without a cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

No-Shows:
​
If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be considered a “no-show.” No-shows will result in a 0% refund.

Other Circumstances:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will make exceptions for emergencies or unavoidable situations. In such cases, please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss your situation and potential alternatives.

We recommend that you obtain a confirmation of your cancellation or rescheduling from our team to ensure proper record-keeping.
